In a relaxed, modern Japanese-style space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy a higher grade of taste centering on carefully selected Hiroshima beef and fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. Hiroshima Beef Steak is available in three different cuts: sirloin, fillet, and lean meat, with A4 and A5 grades offered at the same price. The A4 grade, which has a good balance of fat and lean meat, is recommended for its original taste of high-quality meat. Aiming for "100% local production for local consumption," vegetables and even seasonings are carefully selected from local Hiroshima products. A selection of delicious local alcoholic beverages, such as Saijo's famous sake, "Kamotsuru," and Miyoshi Wine, is also available. The restaurant provides several private rooms that can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 24 people.
