[Yamamoto-Honke] is an old-established sake brewery that was founded in 1677. As the brother of the brewer directly sends us high-quality sake (Japanese alcohol), we can serve various kinds of local sake of Kyoto with a sophisticated, smooth, and deep taste such as [Genshu (undiluted sake)] fresh from the brewery, just brewed [Tarekuchi], and [Matsu-no-Midori] categorized in Junmai-Daiginjo (the highest grade). Our various dishes are made with high-quality chicken with a strong savory taste, such as [Nanatani-dori], a brand chicken from Kyoto that is served in a limited number.
