[Ginza Tenichi] was established in 1930. Our main branch in Ginza is an old-established tempura restaurant loved by many renowned and cultured people. [Ginza Tenichi Hakata branch] offers its traditional taste and techniques, using ingredients from Kyushu. Enjoy our exquisite tempura with condensed savory flavors of seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, a treasure box of food. We especially recommend [Anago (conger eel)] caught offshore of Tsushima, and [Maruju (sweet potato)] named after the Satsuma clan's family crest. Also enjoy our unique selection of alcohol, such as local sake (Japanese alcohol), our original sake brewed at Akita Ryozeki Shuzo, and white wine selected by a sommelier from our Ginza main branch. If you are visiting us for the first time, the counter seats are recommended where you can enjoy the elegant techniques of our chef, good aromas stimulating your appetite, and sounds of cooking.
