Mr. Hasegawa is a representative of the OHANABATAKE Group. In 2017, with just one kitchen car, he started selling "beef sandwiches" as the only menu item. It had grown so popular that there was a line every time and an hour-long wait. He incorporates a variety of ideas from a keen perspective in order to share with the world from the Kansai region.
