Mr. Kubo was born in 1998 in Osaka. He always enjoyed making people happy. The joy of bringing smiles to others through his cooking inspired him to choose a career in the culinary world. In 2022, he joined his current company, gaining experience as a chef at its affiliated restaurants. He is now thriving at Udon TAMATAMA.
