Mr. Kubo was born in 1998 in Osaka. He always enjoyed making people happy. The joy of bringing smiles to others through his cooking inspired him to choose a career in the culinary world. In 2022, he joined his current company, gaining experience as a chef at its affiliated restaurants. He is now thriving at Udon TAMATAMA. Despite welcoming numerous visitors from both home and abroad, he continues to cherish his original passion, bringing joy to others.
