It all started when others enjoyed a meal that Mr. Ishizuka prepared by chance.
He was born in 1961 in Yamagata. The turning point for him came in high school when others enthusiastically enjoyed a dish he made by chance. This experience set him on the path to becoming a chef, and he decided to attend culinary school. After graduating, he started training as a chef, refining his skills at a Japanese restaurant in Ginza and a traditional ryotei in Asakusa. Currently, he is showcasing his talents at Unitora Honten.
