Mr. Oshida was born in 1984 in Ehime. Motivated by a desire to provide his family with delicious food, he decided to pursue a career in cooking. He began his training at a kappo restaurant in Matsuyama, where he was captivated by the excitement of seeing the results of his cooking right before his eyes. After that, he joined the Kadoya Group and gained experience, and then became an instructor at a culinary school. Also, he served as head chef at Auberge Uchiko. Then, he returned to the Kadoya Group and is currently continuing his new challenges as executive chef at the CRAFT DINING BAR OKUe..
