Mr. Honda was born in Gunma Prefecture in 1993, he aspired to become a chef after working part-time at an Italian pizza restaurant while in high school. He studied Western cuisine at culinary school. After graduation, he oversaw Western cuisine at a longstanding inn in his hometown of Minakami, acquiring definite skills and practical ability. Later, he joined a friend in launching a wine bar in Maebashi. He joined the company in 2021 and worked at affiliated establishments such as the Italian meat and wine bar more and the Chinese bar chiry, and he currently serves as the head chef at Sakaba Ebisudo Takasaki Branch.
