Recognized for his exceptional learning ability and dedication to service, he is currently honing his skills under the guidance of Mr. Onami, Executive Chef at FUJIYAMA TOKYO, while studying sushi techniques, Japanese culinary culture, and the mindset of a true artisan. With the belief that "if you come to Japan, you should experience sushi at FUJIYAMA first," he prepares each piece of sushi with the utmost care. His guiding principle is "the ultimate piece of sushi." He is delivering a truly memorable sushi experience to the world.
