Specializing in Japanese cuisine, Chef Ogido refined his craft at traditional Japanese restaurants and became Head Chef at the age of 23. By 30, he had also gained management experience as a General Manager for another restaurant group. Today, at Ryuen Kokura Main Branch, he combines his culinary skills and leadership, overseeing staff training and quality control to ensure every guest enjoys the finest dining experience.
