Himeji Sushi-Ichi serves up dishes that are based on seasonal fish from the Seto Inland Sea and that make use of the natural, delicious flavor of the ingredients. Fish is priced at market value, as we serve what we stock on the day itself. We recommend the rare "Domestic Conger Eel Appetizer", which allows you to savor both tender, steamed eel and fragrant grilled eel. We carefully choose our soy sauce, as well as the sauce that we use to grill our eel. We have four private rooms which can be used for entertaining guests or family celebrations, but can also accommodate groups of up to 25 for events such as dinner parties. Himeji Castle is within walking distance, making our restaurant a great place for tourists to get a taste of Himeji.
