The menu is only omakase courses, which are available by reservation only. The owner personally visits and selects ingredients from all over Japan and reconstructs traditional Japanese cuisine in his own interpretation. Starting with making house-made miso, soy sauce, and other seasonings, he offers exquisite dishes prepared in his unique worldview of classical Japanese cuisine. Sake and wine are also carefully selected by the owner, who has a keen eye as a sommelier. The drink pairing course, suggesting a suitable drink to go with the dishes, is also very popular. Its sophisticated ambiance makes Kaminoza perfect for entertaining clients or celebrating special occasions. The elegant setting and tableware provide a rich Japanese cultural experience, making it an excellent choice for hosting international guests.
