He was born in 1966 in Hyogo prefecture. He liked cooking since he was a child, and used to help his mother in the kitchen. After accumulating experiences at various restaurants including a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant, western cuisine restaurant, and izakaya (Japanese pub), he has been working as a chef at Yakiniku Rikimaru Namba Minatomachi branch since 2016. Currently he serves the guests in a friendly manner remembering the face of each guest, not the service by only following the manual.
