At Teppanyaki Cocoro, he serves teppanyaki dishes using Hokkaido specialty ingredients such as beef fillet and sirloin of Hokkaido brand Shiraoi beef and fresh seafood caught in Otaru and the surrounding waters of Hokkaido.
