AOHIGE serves A4-rank Hiroshima beef steaks. Regarding Wagyu beef, the A5 grade is often considered the finest, but A5 has more fat than A4. The owner recommends A4 Hiroshima beef with a good balance of lean meat and fat. In addition to the joy of the spectacular grilling performance right before your eyes on a polished teppan, you can experience it with all five senses, including sound and aroma. Ingredients are selected to be 100% Hiroshima Prefecture-produced, including Hiroshima beef, oysters, and octopus from the Seto Inland Sea. With fresh vegetables from Kumano, the owner's hometown, soy sauce, wasabi, and salt, the restaurant is committed to using only the best products from the prefecture. Rare ingredients, such as abalone caught in the nearby seas of Kurahashi and Etajima, can also be enjoyed.
