His father inspired him to become a chef, and he entered the world of cooking. After training at various restaurants, including French cuisine, yakiniku, and izakaya, he joined Kobe Ajihei in 2005. To maintain the restaurant's popularity among locals, he always listens to guest feedback and strives to improve the restaurant and enhance its service.
