The menu's specialty includes "Beef Salt Tongue" seasoned with herbs and spices and "Domestic Black Beef Special Kalbi (short rib)," which regular guests always order. If you are unsure what to order, "Assortment of 3 Kinds Domestic Beef" allows you to try a small portion of each part of the beef at a discount compared to ordering them individually.
