Mr. Kubota was born in 1988 in Shizuoka. His in-depth and exhaustive knowledge of food comes from his experience in a wide range of businesses, including ramen, Japanese izakaya, and yakiniku restaurants. He began his career in the dining industry after graduating from university. Despite being a fresh graduate, he gained significant experience working at a newly opened establishment. Armed with the flexibility and sense of responsibility he cultivated on-site, starting a restaurant from scratch, he currently continues to serve diverse cuisine at Shizuoka Sodachi.
