With the motto of "local production for local consumption," the restaurant features ingredients from Chiba Prefecture. The signature "Urayasu Soba" is an authentic Japanese-style ramen characterized by the unique w soup combining chicken stock and dashi broth carefully made from two kinds of dried bonito flakes and natural kelp. Added a house-made sauce using many natural ingredients gives the ramen a deep flavor. The simmered and grilled dishes using seasonal fish and vegetables purchased at the Toyosu Market are also highly recommended delicacies.
