He has learned how to present dishes in different genres and handle the ingredients. Currently, he is the owner and chef of the Yakiniku Kobe Jushiya. Besides offering the highest quality Kobe beef, he also tries to create a restaurant where diners can relax and enjoy the yakiniku experience.
