He was born in 1995 in Saitama. While working part-time at a seafood restaurant during college, he became fascinated by knife work. After that, he refined his culinary skills at various establishments, including Japanese restaurants, seafood eateries, cafes, food courts, and hotels, learning valuable techniques and handling ingredients. With the support of his restaurant manager at the time, he joined Minoru Dining Nagoya Branch.
