Omi Beef is loved as one of Japan's three major Wagyu brands. Asatsu offers Omi beef purchased through its exclusive channels in various ways, such as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and meat sushi. The signature dish is the "Golden Shabu-shabu of Choice Omi Beef." You can enjoy the taste and beauty of Omi beef with freshly made golden dashi (broth) using thickly shaved dried bonito flakes prepared right before you. The "Sukiyaki," available only as part of the course, is also highly recommended. Warishita (sukiyaki stock) is blended with the golden broth, enhancing its rich flavor. The all-you-can-drink menu is also varied and can be ordered both as for courses and a la carte. The restaurant is spacious and has semi-private seats ideal for dates and client dinners.
