He is currently the chef at Dippalace Mita Branch. While many foreign staff members work at Dip Palace, the restaurant emphasizes "Japanese hospitality. He is always conscious of taking the lead from the staff's side by reading the guests' thoughts and feelings. The entire team is working together to create a comfortable restaurant.
