Mr. Hasegawa was born in Aichi Prefecture. Having worked at various restaurants in Tokyo, including izakaya, yakiniku, and shabu-shabu restaurants, he is currently the manager of Omoki Yaesu Tekko Building Branch. The restaurant offers high-quality shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in a kaiseki style, with one pot per person, accommodating solo diners to small groups. He is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can comfortably enjoy Japan's world-renowned brand ingredients, such as Matsusaka Beef, premium Japanese Black Wagyu beef, and Matsusaka Pork.
