Born in Gifu Prefecture in 2002, she studied confectionery and gained experience as a pastry chef at a cafe before joining her current shop. Having loved cakes since childhood, she has honed her skills as a chef, cherishing the moments when customers find her creations delicious. Her gentle and approachable personality is also one of her charms. Currently, she is deepening her knowledge not only of sweets but also of Korean cuisine, and is responsible for all aspects of cooking. With the desire to bring smiles to guests' faces through her cooking, she diligently puts her skills to work every day.
