Mr. Maruyama transitioned into the restaurant industry after working in hotel hospitality through an acquaintance's introduction.
He was born in 1969 in Toyama. After many years in hotel hospitality, he transitioned to the restaurant industry through an acquaintance's introduction. He became a chef, captivated by the joyful expressions on guests' faces when they saw and tasted his dishes. He honed his skills for six years at Gyuya Eitaro Musashi Branch and one year at Ippuku Yokocho. Currently, he is active at ohmicho norichan, which opened in February 2024.
