Mr. Takada was born in 1992 in Gifu. He gained experience mainly at Japanese BBQ restaurants in Aichi and now serves as both restaurant head and chef at Misamo. Driven by a desire to make high-quality Japanese BBQ more accessible, he focuses on freshness and quality while trying to keep prices reasonable. Committed to providing a more satisfying Japanese BBQ experience to his many guests, Misamo continues to welcome diners every day.
