Enishi is located on the fourth floor of a building along the tranquil Sai River, just west of Kanazawa Castle. Inside, the space exudes a stylish and mature atmosphere, with soft, warm lighting that creates a calm and inviting mood. There are a total of 12 seats - 6 at the counter and 6 at tables - making it the perfect setting for anniversaries or business occasions. This refined dining space is ideal for hosting special guests, both from Japan and abroad. The menu consists of two carefully curated course options. Each course features seasonal local ingredients and organic vegetables prepared with great care and attention to detail. A semi-self-serve, all-you-can-drink selection of 70 to 80 varieties of sake and wine, selected by the owner, is also included with each course.
