Menya Takezo offers ramen made with the utmost care and attention to ingredients. One of the most notable dishes is "Sapporo Miso Ramen," which features miso originally presented to the Tokugawa family and further aged. The mellow flavor and deep richness harmonize perfectly, making you satisfied with every bite. Except for tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, additional seasoning ingredients are served with the ramen so you can enjoy two or three different tastes in a single bowl. The noodles come in four varieties: medium-thick curly noodles, whole wheat noodles, Hakata-style straight noodles, and gluten-free noodles. The special Minoyaki pottery bowls, which took two years to achieve the perfect gold color, are also a must-see! The restaurant does not compromise on its side dishes. Everything from black curry to roast beef and roast pork is made in-house.
