Mr. Oshima was born in 1983 in Kanagawa. Trained at a renowned Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant and started an offal stew restaurant with friends in Kannai, Yokohama. He later opened various types of restaurants, including a yakitori main restaurant and a standing bar. In 2023, he expanded his business into Hokkaido and opened his third store, CHARCOAL STAND SUSUKINO. The restaurant is known for its traditional izakaya dishes, including stewed offal and kushiyaki, creating a welcoming atmosphere where women can enjoy these meals comfortably, even when dining alone.
