A chef dedicated solely to sushi and Japanese cuisine, captivating with skill and flair.
Born in Miyagi Prefecture in 1958, he gained experience in sushi restaurants and the Japanese cuisine departments of hotels before opening his own sushi restaurant. He joined the current owner in 2026 after a connection with him. He specializes in creative sushi, and while cherishing tradition, he strives to create dishes that are both visually appealing and surprising. He says that nothing makes him happier than when customers exclaim "Wow!" the moment he serves them a dish. He uses fish he has carefully selected at the market and fresh fish from Miyako, delivering dishes that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
