Since its founding in 1975, Yakiniku Motoyama has remained dedicated to Japanese beef. The restaurant offers carefully selected grade A5 brand-name Japanese black wagyu beef, mainly Kobe beef with the purest Tajima bloodline, at a price that is about 60% of that at high-end restaurants. Available only at the Gotanda branch, "Chateau Chuck" is a precious, rare cut. Only 2-3 kg can be obtained from single cow. This cut is generously offered in rare steaks cut extra thick. The restaurant also offers an extensive selection of single dishes such as hand-rolled sushi with Kobe beef or Japanese black wagyu beef and yukhoe with seared beef.
