He was born in 1983 in Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from NAKAMURA CULINARY SCHOOL, he entered a hotel in Fukuoka Prefecture, then experienced various genres at a French restaurant, wine bar, and teppanyaki (Japanese BBQ) restaurant.
