Mr. Shirai is the manager of Wagyu Katsu Banzai. He spent his childhood in Australia, where he became familiar with English and cooking. At the age of 20, he returned to Japan and has since gained experience in various restaurants, including Japanese and Western cuisine. Drawing from his experiences with multiple food cultures both in the country and abroad, he opened a specialty restaurant that features beef cutlets made with Japanese Wagyu beef. His aim is to "share the deliciousness of Japan more freely and with more people".
