All the dishes served are created in pursuit of the best taste. You can enjoy different seafood tastes in our popular "Seafood Sauteed with Garlic Butter". This is a dish that shows you all the different tastes of the ingredients. We use fresh seafood from Tsukiji to provide seasonal tastes. We are particular about safety of pesticide-free or low-pesticide vegetables, as we purchase vegetables from farmers in Niigata or Nara. We try to use the original taste of ingredients as effectively as possible. Since you spend your precious time in our restaurant, we take care to give you a pleasant meal.
