Only multi-course meals are offered. Every dish is a carefully prepared masterpiece, but that isn't the only reason Shunsaiten Tsuchiya is so widely adored. The owner, Mr. Tsuchisaka, says its the surprising pop of [startling bitterness] or [unexpected flavor combinations] added to each dish of simple tempura.
