The restaurant was one of the first to adopt the "meat kappou" style, a new genre of Japanese cuisine, using carefully selected ingredients such as Jyoshu beef, seafood, and vegetables and offering authentic cuisine prepared by a Japanese chef. The menu has a variety of luxurious dishes that can be enjoyed in front of your eyes, such as "Steamed Jyoshu Beef Lean Meat in a Bamboo Steamer" and "Steamed Seafood in a Bamboo Steamer," which are steamed healthily on a stove installed at every seat.
