Tokugawaen offers luxurious yakiniku and raw beef dishes, using specially-selected Japanese black beef mainly from the Kyushu region. They are especially proud of the Tokugawaen Raw Yukhoe. To offer this dish, they obtained a license for handling raw meat, accumulated discussions with experts, and tested through trial and error. This highly-recommended yukhoe is a must-taste because it was developed with their hearts and souls through various ideas to deliver raw yukhoe safely. They have many private rooms where the privacy of the guests is respected.
