Mr. Matsuhisa puts his heart into every dish, transforming meals into joyful experiences.
He was born in 1980 in Iwate. During his time in the restaurant industry, he has found that the most fulfilling moments are when he's focused on the food. His desire to enhance dining experiences, particularly in terms of cuisine, grew stronger as a result of that experience. He has realized that a sincere approach to each dish significantly enhances the atmosphere and enjoyment of the entire space. At Ginga Rikyu, he values that same feeling and works hard every day.
