Mr. Okazaki works on his food in a relaxed and natural way.
He was born in 1984 in Osaka. He was captivated by the rich variety of meats while working in restaurants. Surrounded by the sounds and aromas of cooking meat, he found comfort and inspiration and aspired to create a similar atmosphere for himself. Working as a member of staff, he finds satisfaction in improving the restaurant's workflow. He currently works hard as the restaurant head at Wagyu Yakiniku Okayama Sodachi.
