Mr. Ishizaki has been interested in cooking since he was a child and often attended cooking classes with his grandmother.

He was born in 2000 in Okayama. He has been interested in cooking since childhood and often attended cooking classes with his grandmother. With a dream of becoming a chef, he entered the food industry at the age of 18. He worked for three years at an izakaya and then spent another three years as a chef's apprentice at a traditional Japanese restaurant. After that, he gained experience in various sister establishments in a different prefecture, including a café, a yakitori restaurant, and a yakiniku restaurant. Today, he is a key member of the team at Yakiniku Kakura Nishi-Nakasu Branch, which opened in August 2025.
