From the chef
Mr. Sakurai was inspired to become a chef during his part-time job, feeling that chefs were cool.

He was born in 1996 in Hokkaido. While working part-time at a restaurant, he was taken to various dining establishments by a regular customer. It was during a visit to a French restaurant that he realized "chefs are cool," inspiring him to pursue a career in the culinary world. He is currently honing his skills daily at Sushi Michi Shinbashi.
