From the chef

Mr. Tezuka became more interested in pursuing delicious flavors in cuisine, and entered the culinary world.

Mr. Tezuka was born in Hokkaido in 1972. He developed an early interest in both eating and cooking. What began as a hobby of exploring flavors gradually led to his dream of becoming a chef, leading him to pursue a career in the world of cuisine after graduation. He refined his skills through training at both Japanese and Western restaurants. He is currently working at Kani Kosen.
