Mr. Takahashi was born in 1996 in Hyogo Prefecture. He built his career as a chef in Tokyo and Chiba, gaining experience across a wide range of cuisines - from Japanese BBQ to grilled chicken which utilizes the quality of the ingredients, to Italian cuisine. Through working with diverse ingredients, he honed his skills as a chef. He now serves at Kanihiro, creating refined Japanese dishes that fully convey the appeal of live snow crab delivered directly from Hokkaido.
