Seeing people enjoy Japanese BBQ made her want to enter the dining industry.
Ms. K was born in Osaka. She worked part time at a Japanese BBQ restaurant when she was a student. Watching businessmen enjoy salted beef tongue and beer after work inspired her to open her own restaurant. After graduation, driven by the desire to provide a place where people can relax at the end of the day, she started preparing to launch her restaurant. After getting hired at a Japanese BBQ restaurant, she spent two years not only managing the restaurant but also working with wholesale, getting an understanding of meat from various perspectives. She then opened Yakiniku Yururi., which she continues to run to this day.
