Mr. Harada loved cooking since he was a child and he sought to become a chef. He always strives to meticulously prepare dishes. After training as a chef at yakitori restaurants, he worked at the main restaurant in Kiyota, where he learned his approach to cooking from the chef. He is in charge of cooking at the RAZAN Sumibi Yakiniku. He recommends the Samgyetang, a nutritional herbal dish in which a whole chicken is stuffed with glutinous rice, ginseng, chestnuts, and jujube and then left to simmer for 5 hours.
