Mr. Kitamura was born in Hokkaido in 1976. Because of the joy he felt when people praised his food at a young age, he pursued a career in cooking. Gaining experience at Keijoya and HipHeat, he honed his cooking skills and practical sense. Currently working at Uraroji Jingisukan Shimadaya Tanukikoji Branch, he works on daily food prep and creating delicious flavors. He discerns the condition of ingredients carefully, and his strength is sparing no time in prep and pre-cooking. With the expressions of his guests in mind, he sincerely delivers food that values the fundamentals.
