Mr. Nakamura was born in 1975 in Akita. He honed his culinary skills primarily in izakayas across Hokkaido, including at Uosama. He is currently showcasing his talents at Kaisen Toban Izakaya Aka no Miyabi. He proposes menus that offer not only delicious flavors but also an enjoyable experience, featuring traditional Japanese cooking techniques like ceramic plate grilling and visually impressive Funamori boat platters. His inventive menus, infused with Japanese ingenuity, provide a rich culinary experience for visitors from both Japan and abroad.
