Mr. Sakoi was born in 1984 in Takarazuka, Hyogo. After graduating from culinary school, he trained at an Italian restaurant in his hometown of Takarazuka. In 2017, he joined Hankyu Hanshin Hotels Company. With the opening of Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka, he was involved in launching Grigliato CUÓCA and became the head chef in 2024.
