After a successful career in a different industry, Mr. Sakagami transitioned to the culinary world, where he now dedicates his days to providing delicious food.

He was born in 1982 in Hyogo. Before entering the culinary industry, he worked in a different field. Pursuing a goal of becoming a chef, he began his culinary training. He currently serves as the manager at Kushikatsu & Wine AGEHA, dedicating his days to providing delicious food.
